Sample Submission

See details below on how to collect, send and pay for FEC sample testing

1. Decide what tests you want

See the Services page to determine what tests you need done for your animals.

2. Collect and package samples

Samples should be fresh (less than 24hrs old) and kept airtight. If collection is occuring over a few days, samples should be kept cold (refrigerated).

For standard FECs, liver fluke FECs, samples need to only be the size of a matchbox (~10g)

For equine tapeworm testing, one 'nugget' is required (~30g)

Preferred packaging for samples is well labelled zip-lock bags.

If you are dropping samples to the lab or posting, include a submission form.
